Are My Items Safe

Absolutely! All of our packages are delivered by Canada Post. Any inbound shipments are automatically insured for $100 - and additional insurance can be purchased. We insure any outbound shipments for up to $50,000.

We also have industry experts handling your items underneath camera – so you can be rest assured that your items will always be in good hands and taken care of appropriately.

Please note, by default - our insurance only covers $100 for inbound shipments. If you require additional insurance for your evaluation kit, please view our Shipping and Insurance page and request additional insurance (there is an additional cost for this)
