How Long Does It Take

After we receive your items, our evaluation process with your items usually takes 24 hours or less.

Our trained experts will thoroughly inspect and authenticate your items and will provide an offer within 24 hours of receiving your product, allowing you to get paid as soon as possible.

The Process:

Request - Request - To begin our process, simply request a FREE Evaluation Kit or give us a call at 1-800-746-0902.

Mail-Out - Our evaluation kit is mailed to your provided address and usually takes 3-5 business days to reach you

Send Us Your Items - With the materials provided in your evaluation kit, you can securely package your items and drop them off to a local Canada Post to have them shipped to our facility. To ensure the package is trackable and insured, you must use our prepaid shipping label provided with your FREE Evaluation Kit

Package Received and Evaluated - Once we receive your items, our trained experts will evaluate them within 24 hours! Once our evaluation is complete, we will email you an offer. There is no obligation to accepting our offer. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-746-0902

Accept your Offer - If you are interested in accepting our offer, click the link provided in your email or view the status of your evaluation kit on your account page. You will be paid based on your selected payment method on your account.
