What Can I Do Within My Account

Within your account page, you can do the following:

• Request as many free evaluation kits as you would like
• Track the package and status of current and pending evaluation kits
• View and accept offers of evaluation kits
• Update your personal information such as shipping details, preferred payment method, account password and more
• Refer friends and family (you will receive a $50 payout for every successful evaluation kit sent from a referral)

Forgot your password? No need to worry! You can easily reset your password by clicking on the “account” icon located on our main page at the top right of the header. Below the login options, you can input your email and request to reset your password. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
